Free QR code menu for your cafe
This page is a straightforward QR menu maker — one of our free tools. Add your cafe name, upload a logo if you have one, type in your drinks and food with prices, and you get a link plus a QR image you can print or stick on table tents. No account required to build the menu.
Why cafes use QR menus
Laminated menus get coffee stains, and reprinting a full run every time you change a price adds up. A QR code on the table points to a page on the customer's phone. They see what you sell today, not what was true when the printer last ran.
It also cuts down on "can I see the menu?" at the counter during a busy lunch. Staff stay on orders; guests scroll on their own.
How this generator works
- Cafe details — name, currency, optional logo.
- Menu items — add lines one by one or paste a block of text if you already keep a list in Notes or a spreadsheet.
- Generate — we host the menu at a short link and give you a QR code file to download. You can email yourself the link too, which helps if you're setting this up on a laptop and printing from the office later.
Your progress is saved in this browser while you work, so a refresh on the same device won't wipe half-finished items.
Good fit for a small setup

Limits to keep in mind
Each time you generate, you get a new hosted link. If prices change next month, you run through the wizard again, download a fresh QR, and swap the printout — the old code still shows the old menu. For menus that change weekly, a full cafe system with live menu sync is usually less hassle. This free tool does not cover allergens, modifiers, or table payments.

Questions owners ask
- Do customers need an app to scan the QR code?
- No. The phone camera or any QR reader opens a normal web page. iPhone and Android both handle this out of the box.
- What file format is the QR code?
- You download a PNG. Print it at least 2–3 cm square so it scans easily from arm's length on a table.
- Is it really free?
- Yes for building and sharing a basic digital menu through this tool. We run it so cafe owners can try a QR menu before committing to the wider CafeManager platform.
- Can I change items after I generate the menu?
- Use Start over, rebuild your items, and generate again. That creates a new link, so you will need to reprint or replace the QR on your tables. The copy we email you after generation is the easiest place to find the current URL.
